When did Virgin Media remove the link to this website and why?

It has taken me quite some time to get here so I'll keep my question brief.

Have the "new" arrangements been made to deter us from asking questions?

O2 seem to have taken over.

Good point. You have to dig around to find it. Maybe Facebook and X are being prioritised now. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

I think a post on Twitter with all the Virgin hashtags will be better for you - the CEO Lutz is on Twitter, There is a VirginMedia help. There is  a #wouldYouTreatYourMotherLikethis. You have to shame them into fixing things. Add the link to this community on Twitter too - to share with others. You are not alone. The complaints team are deleting complaints on their side. Corrupt.
