TNT Sports Not Available

Hello,

I've been subscribed to BT Sports which has recently changed to TNT Sports, now I'm unable to view the channels.

Can anyone help?

    If you have recently renewed your contract for a new deal TNT Sports is no longer a part of any package and has to be subscribed to separately from the main packs.

    You have posted on the stream forum, so if you are using stream it is a matter of adding the channel and you can give 30 days notice via your box.

    Sorry to hear of the difficulty faced trying to view TNT's services.

    Can you please confirm if this is via our Stream service or if this is on one of our set top boxes?

    What happens when you attempt to view the content on the services?

      Hello @David_Bn

      I'm using the stream box and when I try to view any of the TNT channels, they're greyed out.

        Sorry to hear this Jammeus, is this all the channels or just one?

        Have you definitely subscribed to this channel? 

        Has it ever worked for you before hand?
