If you ordered online or via the box itself, this raises a request in a customer service agent queue that can take several days to be actioned. VM still operates multiple billing systems for different areas, hence this cannot currently be done directly online. The best way to add channels is to phone, where an agent can access the correct billing system & they get switched on more or less instantly.

So if ive already ordered from the box can i ring up get that sorted or is it case of waiting now

If there was a promotional offer or discount that you applied for, that can only be achieved by waiting for your request to complete.
If you were going to be paying standard price, then calling up should result in the channels being applied immediately.
