TNT Cost

When I go on to my Virgin media it states that I can add TNT Sports for a cost of £10 per month for 18 months. However on the my flex and stream box it says £16.20. What is the cost? And how can I add it for £10

    From time to time there will be some exclusive online offers within your My VM. If you'd like to take advantage of these, you can select to add the channels through your My VM account. Before agreeing to the change, the price for your specific package will show and a pre-contract document is sent. 

    Just so you're aware, any changes made online through My VM or via an email offer that was sent to you, once you've agreed to the terms and conditions, these orders go to a back office team who apply the deal. This can take up to 14 days to process and they'll send you an email confirming the change has been made. If adding the channels through the Stream box directly, these are processed right away.

        Sorry to hear of your concerns with TNT. If you've received your pre-contract information, this would be advised at the bottom to submit your consent. After this is submitted, the request to apply the new contract to the account starts.

  • Same as me last time I made a change it took over a month and I have just added tnt sports for £10 per month so maybe in a month or so this service is absolutely awful you can’t even speak to anyone as they have not got a clue and can’t see it on your account 

  • Please can you tell me how to agree to the new contract Kath_P as it only says keep in a safe place.

    I ticked the box on my virgin media orders to have TNT sports for £10 pm and they sent me my contract and stated that the estimated switch was Sunday 16th February I always have this problem with stream box its not fit for purpose.I had this issue when I subscribed to Essential TV package it took several phone calls and talking to a robot well over a month so I have cancelled that and am thinking of going with Sky instead

      Thanks for coming back to us here. If you've completed the order then there will be nothing more for you to do. As mentioned in my post, the order will go to the back office team and they'll process this within 14 days. You'll receive an email to confirm it's been processed.

        Not getting my hopes up yet as last time it took over a month after phone call after phone call

  • Nowhere to sign to agree on my contract still no tnt 9 days after receiving my contract poor service again
