From time to time there will be some exclusive online offers within your My VM. If you'd like to take advantage of these, you can select to add the channels through your My VM account. Before agreeing to the change, the price for your specific package will show and a pre-contract document is sent.
Just so you're aware, any changes made online through My VM or via an email offer that was sent to you, once you've agreed to the terms and conditions, these orders go to a back office team who apply the deal. This can take up to 14 days to process and they'll send you an email confirming the change has been made. If adding the channels through the Stream box directly, these are processed right away.
