TNT and Sky Sports costs

I've added TNT for £10 and sky sports for £18.75 as I had an offer on my virgin account. But still waiting for my order to be processed and on my stream box I have different prices on there. Is this something anyone else has experienced? 

  • I’m having a nightmare with this. I also took up the sky sports offer for £18.75 and it’s still not activated since last month! I cant even get a response from customer support. It’s so frustrating. I’m just going to leave and get sky! Customer services are awful 

  • When I spoke to live chat yesterday they have told me it will be sorted today so we shall see if they stick to their word or not 

  • Did you both get as far as being sent a revised contract via email?

    I've ordered TNT using the offer a few minutes ago and received an emailed contract within a minute or so, so we will see what happens.

      Yea I got a new contract ect through straight away, and that was on the 1st and still not be activated as of yet

        One of the two emails I got earlier today has an estimated activation date of Friday, so we shall see if anything happens by then.

  • Still not activated today now been told to wait 48 hours as there may be a delay, jusy feel liek I'm being fobbed off but I'll wait this time and if still nto sorted think I'll take it further if I can

        Yes it has been added, not for the price e that I was offered online when I took it out but I am being credited £20 a month to offer most of the price difference. I'm happy enough with the solution but definitely not happy woth how hard it was to get it sorted out 

  • So after a whole week spending every day on the live chats. Making a complaint and speaking to a few people on the complaints team. Virgin has agreed to credit my account £20 each month for the rest of my contract to offset the price difference as they weren't able to sort out the online offer I was given. All in all I'm happy with the outcome but it definitely wasn't handled in the best way and definitely will be thinking of going n elsewhere when my contact ends
