Thumbnails grey on the front screen / My Watchlist?

Hi there, anyone else seeing grey boxes on the front screen / My Watchlist?

I've powered the Stream Box off and on and used the reset option in settings to no avail .

    Hey rg001c7345, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about this subtitle issues.

    Sometimes depending what you watch the subtitles may be a different colour.

    Is this happening on all or just the one programme ?
