So this morning my watchlist on my Virgin TV 360, went from being pretty well populated to empty...This is on both boxes, when using the app on my phone and pcs. I have switched both boxes off and on again too but still just empty. I have tried contacting Virgin this morning, got sent to the whatsapp agent chat and haven't had a single response yet. Any help please?

What boxes do you have, is it a 360 main box and a mini box or 2 converted V6 boxes.
Have you also lost your recordings and planned recordings or are these still watchable.

No, that's the bit I understand the least, recordings and planned recordings are untouched, it's just the watchlist that emptied itself.

What type of programmes wore missing?
We have exactly the same problem. If any addition to the watchlist is made using the Virgin TV Go iPhone app, then the entire watchlist is erased and replaced with the single entry added using the app. Aside from the watchlist nothing else appears to be affected.
It really is quite annoying as we had an extensive watchlist.
Just got back from holiday ... having added a BBC series to my watchlist using the android Virgin TV Go app, whilst away.
On our return today, I have the same infuriating issue. All of our extensive watchlist has disappeared, leaving the single darn BBC series in it's place. !!!! 😕😠 What is going on here ?? ...and more importantly ... can we retrieve the full ****** list ??

I'd added All Creatures Great & Small to my watchlist via the Virgin TV Go android app on my Google Pixel 6 (android 14).
This is the first time it's happened, and I hope the last.

It's a pain in the ass because nothing gets forwarded to your mobile etc so you have to sign in to your MVM account account to check your spam folder.
Well .... who's the absolute idiot? ... the damnable Virgin TV Go app, or me, for actually using it to add something to the watchlist for the second time and ..... LOSING ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING YET AGAIN !!! Geeeeeze this is utterly frustrating.
What the hell is going on with the app, and is anyone even bothering to look into this? I'm absolutely furious.
Just to add ... when I decided to add as much as I could back to the list (using the app for now), I noticed I was unable to "Remove from Watchlist" when on the Virgin 360 TV interface. I went into the TV profiles, I WAS on the same as the app. I changed to "Shared" account, then swapped back to my usual account.
Going back into Watchlist I was then able to remove / re-add programs again. Something is definitely causing a glitch via the app.
Out of interest, has anybody that is losing their Watchlist programs from the Home page set up a profile on their 360 box?
If so it may be that the actual Watchlist is showing under a different profile on the 360 box, or that the TVGo app was set to a different profile when adding a program(s) to the watchlist.

I've just seen your post after adding a comment relating to exactly what you've asked about (see edited post above). Both app and se-top box were on the same account during the loss of the list 👍
Just adding to newapollo's post does this only happen when you are not on the same network as in being at home.
I have just set up some random programmes as a watchlist and then added to these using the TVGO app, powered the box off and on and they are all still there, do you get the problem when you try and add to the watchlist when you are not at home.
Roy247 - first time it happened, I was away on holiday using campsite WiFi.
Tonight, I was at home on the same WiFi. I just wanted to add something I'd remembered we'd wanted to watch whilst we were watching a program already (which I didn't want to interrupt 🤔🤨). Next time I'll send myself an email to do it later instead
As a side note .... guess where the email alerts I'm getting are being sent ...

Have you tried adding VirginMediaCommunitySupport@virginmedia.co.uk to the safe sender list?
Yes thanks newpollo .... but it's a known ongoing issue apparently. At least I know where they're going now.
