Watchlist all gone

Hi,

I had dozens of movies and TV shows in my Watchlist (Virgin 360) but now all of it has gone. How do I get it all back?

    Have you also lost your recordings and planned recordings or are these still watchable?

      Only the Watchlist has gone.

      A search I did since I posted this shows that this is a common problem with the Virgin360 update, that has gone on for a long time and the Virgin engineers have not bothered to fix. Doing this update has caused many problems, lost lots of features, and is something I wish I'd never done.

    I have the same problem. I added numerous films, shows and series on the watchlist which was on the homepage when you press the menu button on my TV boxbut since the latest software update I have lost them all. My recorded programmes have not been affected.

    This is the second time this has happened to me, the first time was early December and I have no idea how many I lost (lots)
    and it’s happened again, I started to trust it was fixed so only once noted the programmes in it! No idea what I’ve lost!
    this shouldn’t be a thing!
