Stream was working I did a reboot and now I have account error

I just gave my stream box a reboot and now it is coming up as Account Error CS1011 - We are unable to retrieve your account details 

It was working fifteen minutes ago 

 

Any help from the forum team is appreciated- I have rebooted to no avail.

  • I can’t do a thing with the box it is as if it has been taken off the system entirely although Virgin Go is working, just don’t reboot it. It won’t come back on

  • As an update I was given fault reference (F011177623) which apparently no longer exists

  • I can confirm that just before 5pm following another restart and hours on WhatsApp that everything is working as it should
