Stream power adapter missing

I've had a Stream box sitting unused since I set up my broadband (as I had no need for it). I've just tried to install it finally this morning and found there's no power adapter in the box.

Is there a way to request a new power adapter by itself? I've tied the Virgin help chatbot doesn't seem to be able to answer any questions about equipment or even seem to know that Stream exists.

    A member of the forum team should be able to order this for you when they pick up your thread, however it can take a couple of days before they see this. 

    If you have a VM landline then it's a free call by dialling 150. You can also dial  0345 454 1111 from any other phone - when phoning you should select option 2 (faults)

    As a temporary measure: if you’ve got a spare micro-USB plug from an older device then this should work so long as it outputs 5V. Note that you won't be able to connect an Ethernet cable until you get the official plug, but WiFi on 5GHz should work well if the hub is nearby.
