Stream box cost
They are now charging me £5 pm for a stream box which is free is this correct as I’ve only got one which has always been free

Sorry to hear of the billing and charges issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to raise these via the forums.
We can see you have spoken to the team in regards to this and from the notes it appears to have been resolved. If you need us further, please let us know.
As far as I'm aware, if you originally received a stream box free, it should remain free – they should only be charging new customers since they rebranded it as Flex
