Sonos Arc

Trying to get the Virgin Flex remote to operate my Sonos Arc, tried through settings, it detects it but won’t put the volume up or down, it’s connected the Sky Glass 2, anyone have any ideas on how get out working?

    Is the Sonos plugged into the e-arc HDMI slot, which I believe is HDMI 2?

    Yes it is, when I go through pairing part, I can see the volume bar appear on the TV screen for Mute, Vol up & down, but when I try ask 3 actions on the remote nothing happens 

    I've even reset the Flex box, still the same, I'm at a loss what to do next

      Worth just trying the same on the TV - turn off at the plug or unplug for a minute or so and then plug back in. Unlikely to make any difference, but you never know ...
