Power Unit

My Virgin Stream Power Unit (the one with the ethernet socket) has stopped working correctly. I have checked the leads/sockets etc and all are okay. It is an intermittent fault. Can I get a replacement from Virgin Media?

  • I am lucky that I have never come across this problem myself as I have only used the Wi-Fi on my unit.  The only way that I think you will get an answer to your problem is to keep contacting Virgin until you get the satisfaction that you want.  Unfortunately this can sometimes take some time if you don’t get through to someone who really wants to help you.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
