No Sky Sports UHD

The following thread says solved, but not for me.

Sky Sports UHD channels off? Everyone? | Virgin Media Community - 5660586 

As mentioned, the sky sports UHD channels on 532, 533, 534, 535 are greyed out still and say press ok to subscribe.

when I click through it shows I am already subscribed with a green tick.

I have both done a soft reset and a hard reset, no change. Also tried phone support and they couldn’t help. VM team - what fix did you apply for the other users? 

creating a new thread as unsure if message will be seen under a “solved” title

  • I'm having same issue. Subscribed to Sky Sports UHD yesterday, still can't watch.

  • Still not working for me. Had another call from support today to "send some signals" and still not working after that. 

    Can we please remove the "SOLVED" badge, as it clearly not solved for everyone, even if it is ok for some.

      Day 6 in the (not UHD) big brother house....

      Issue is still not resolved, the philipines call centre have no idea how to fix it.

      @VM Team - what did you do to fix this for other people?

      Not that I can help having had the issue solved for me, but did you start a new thread and did someone move it to this solved thread? If not probably worth doing as like many I'm sure, I usually go past solved threads.

        I did start a new thread yes, and then a moderator moved it into this thread!!

  • UK Support Team (who ironically lived around the corner lol ) rang today, and was able to fix this issue for me. So anyone else not working - tell them to escalate to the UK team as only they can fix it ( the philipines team dont have the right levels of access)
