Hi bbc1 (only) suddenly stopped working yesterday on streaming. It now shows the picture of a crow holding a broken cable in its beak. All other channels are working fine. I’ve done all the reboot and reset stuff but nothing seems to solve it. I can get bbc1 on bbci through virgin but not on live streaming. Frustrating. Any suggestions?

Have you tried the alternative regional version of BBC1 which is on either 858 or 861?
There should also be the national variations for Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales on 862,863, and 864.
Have you used the /check-services/ function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing you could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
