Muffled sound on stream
I’m new to Virgin Stream. I notice the sound is very muffled on BBC and other channels. Some channels seem to be clear and the same as Freeview through the aerial.

Have you tried the three different audio settings on the Stream box?
Settings > Audio & Video > Audio Output.
There is Follow Content (recommended) The box should automatically select the best audio output.
PCM 5.1 (HDMI Only) Normally used for sync issues
and PCM2.0 this one usually solves common sound problems.
Thanks for your reply, doesn’t seem to make any difference. The other thing I noticed is, the picture quality of virgin stream Sky Sports hd isn’t as good as the BT box Sky sports hd, in fact I had to upgrade to uhd !

I tried all the settings and actually one did sound louder and clearer, so yes thanks my problem is solved.
