Mega TV - No Netflix
Hi
Upgraded to Mega TV last month from Sky, however there is no Netflix banner or tile in Entertainment and Services to start the activation ??

This was posted in the "manage your account" section. On the basis of having joined VM from Sky recently, I've moved the post to the Stream section of the forum.
Don't have a stream box but you could look for Netflix in the Apps section, I assume the stream box has similar listings from the Home page as the 360 does.
Launch the Netflix app and log in with your existing Netflix credentials. If this fails it means that VM's back‑end has not provisioned the Netflix entitlement to your account, so get a backend refresh by calling VM and asking for a reprovision of the Netflix entitlement.

Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your Mega TV package and not having Netflix. Is Netflix included in your contract documents and did you request that you wanted this, when you signed up? There is an option to decline Netflix as part of your package. The agent should have asked during the signing up process.

I was already a broadband customer and my contract was ending so renewed broadband and added Mega TV online via the VM webpage. There was no option with regards to Netflix and checked my contract which doesnt show this as added.
