Flex: an error has occurred when trying to add channels

Hi when trying to add channels on my stream box i get: "an error has occurred" message 

Also the manage flex on my online account did not work and now the button has disappeared from my account

    Sorry to hear your unable to add channels to your Flex box.

    Do you get any error codes at all?

    Or if you can take a picture of the screen that would be great?

    Does a reboot or factory reset fix the issue?
