Episodes ?

Hi People.

I have had VM for a couple of weeks now, my problem is on my watch list every

time i go into it to watch a program it says episodes, then it will show me like 5 episodes

thats on the page, when i clip on to an episode to watch it sends me back to episodes.

its on a loop all the time, why can i not watch the program as its sending me loopy.

Iam paying for a service that i can not watch unless i watch it as it happens and i only watch

them at my convenience, so i can not watch any of my programmers.

Please help as i am loosing the will to live since everything is now on streaming and being well over 70

years old and the person who put it in for me said "its all done on cloud now"unfortunately the only cloud i know is in the sky.

    Hi @ Baltic 1,

     I've had Stream for a couple of years, quite like it but had the same issue as you, the problem is that the tv company haven't given VM the rights for it to be played, it's not like a recording, most of the time it's OK I'm used to it now wouldn't go back to a DVR

    Best thing to do is look at the tv guide, you can go back in time, if there is a play icon next to the the show you'll be able to play it, you could also try the app for the program if may be on there 

    I know it's not perfect but there are workarounds, bear with it 

    A factory reset won't do anything to address this issue it's just the way it works

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. 

    Sorry to hear of the TV issues. 

    Can you try a factory reset of the box to see if this fixes things?
