Entertainment Subscription stuck on pending

My stream sub added is stuck on pending, any info on when it will be activated?

    Same here - looking at the forum this seems to happen a lot.

    I added TNT Sports last night, received an email to say it’s active straight away - then when I check the TV it’s just showing as ‘adding…’.

    The website shows ‘Pending : Adding soon’

    Very frustrating when I’ve signed up to watch sport which is on this morning.

    Agree, signed up to get some things to watch thinking it would be a few hours max however will be coming on for 48 hours. Tried to chat on web and whatsapp which didn't work and tried to phone tech support but on hold for ages and had to give up....

      No updates still stuck on pending, called for tech support but no help there either
