Disney+ app not loading on streambox

Hi this has probably been asked on numerous occasions up to a week and and half ago all worked fine but somkething has changed i cant get Disney+ to work at all on my streambox it keeps telling me to try later, ive tried reseting the router and the streambox but the problem still keeps happening it also wont let me log in on any of my android devices but if use my own data on my phone for instance it logs me in no problem is there a problem at virgin media or is the router faulty i would like some answers

    Disney plus does not like Ipv6 connections. What model of VM hub do you use? 

    "NOTE: IPv6 (the latest version for issuing IP addresses) is not fully supported on Disney+ at this time and may lead to trouble streaming. Refer to your device manufacturer’s instructions for disabling IPv6. Some streaming issues may also result from an unusually high number of simultaneous requests for specific content."

    Hi thanks for the reply I use the Hub5 I've looked at the settings and ipv6 is disabled because I'm trying to access my own Disney+ account they've disabled the one on my smart box so unable to login on any android device I have in my home it's so annoying
