CS2200 error
Hi
The other day I had this error when trying to watch recorded programmes.
Tried to watch programmes the next day and it worked.
however, just tried to watch a recording again and the error is back.
any ideas please?

Does this happen on certain recordings or recordings on 1 channel?
What happens when you run through the checks here for the error code?
