Cancelling Sky Sports/TNT Sports on Flex

I have been trying to have these removed for weeks now and have just been billed an additional £51 for packages I no longer want...And cannot remove! 

Can someone please help me? I have tried the online chat, multiple times and they try and tell me that they can't do anything...Except offer me a new package(at a cost more than my current one)! They say no one has access to my account to remove these, only I can...Except I can't...So it's a dead end! 

When I go into my Flex TV options, both on the website and app...TNT Sports is ticked, but it will not allow me to untick it...And Sky Sports isn't even ticked, so I can't remove it! 

I just want these removed. It's not Flex TV if you can't remove it...

  • Honestly, it's like you're treated like a second class citizen when you have a stream box. No help. No hope. No care. It's even taken 6 days on here for the reply to say there's nothing that can be done on here... And as far as the IT team getting in touch...I know how this will work, they will try and call me once...random time 10 days after I was told it would be passed to them. And if I am at work, or otherwise busy during the 20-30 seconds of their attempt to call me and I miss the 1 call...I'll be told they tried to reach me, and it will be another whole process needed started. The whole set up is crazy. This will just keep going on, I need this sorted, and they won't even give me a number to call the IT team on? I Just have to sit and hope someone calls and I happen to be available?! What service is this. and If I cancel my direct debit to stop the £51 extra being taken from my account, it will cause my internet to be cut off...So there is literally no solution being offered. IT will call you...I have been trying to sort this for weeks! No one has called. No one has helped. Chat cant do anything. Community cant do anything. No one calls back! The only 'help' I get offered is increasing my package. Useless company!  Have you tried turning your box on and off? Aye cheers big man!

      Hi, 

      Yes I still need help. Nothing has been resolved. I was told online last week that it would be passed to their IT department, but I have zero faith that will happen or it will be fixed. 

      So I would appreciate any help you can offer.

        Thanks for coming back to us on this one. We're sorry to hear you feel this way. 

        We're not able to remove things off a Flex subscription via the Community I'm afraid. Usually you can do this yourself via My VM however, from your first post we can see you've had issues with this. 

        Whilst this doesn't usually happen, the correct process for when things do go wrong, is for this to then be raised to the IT team so rest assured they will be in touch once they have an update.
