Stream is now VM's default TV offering in all areas, and is the only TV service available in full-fibre XGS-PON/NexFribre network areas.

If you're in a legacy HFC-network area, TV360 is available by specific request to telesales - and a £50 install fee.

Check the map below, zoom into your postcode area and check for red dots. Blue ones signify full-fibre and thus Stream is the only option.

The light blue dots are the only areas where V360 is not available. Red (HFC) & dark blue (RFoG) areas do support them.

  • Hi Thelofty 👋.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear that you are not happy with your current Stream box. As a new customer when signing up for TV services at this time the only option is the Stream box, we cannot exchange this as we do not have the ability to do so.

    We do apologise.
