BBC1 pixelating
I joined Virgin media on 10/4/25 and I have 2 stream boxes.
I'm finding that BBC1 sometimes pixelates (on both boxes) but no other channels suffer from this.
Is this something that others have problems with and is there a solution?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your BBC one at the moment.
Is this happening at any particular time of the day, during any particular show or is this just at random times of the day and any shows? Are you able to check the channels that newapollo mentioned to see if you have the same issues there?

Hi, it cleared up on its own. It was just 101 and was pretty random
Do the additional BBC1 channels on 861 to 865 also suffer with pixelation.
