Hi there I can't add or remove subscriptions on my stream box due to this error. I can't do it on app or online either due to 'technical issues' error message. Please can someone help me?

I have the same issue. I recently had an online chat asking to add TNT Sports. After chatting to 3 different representatives, I was advised they couldn't add it manually and a technical support request was apparently logged. Over a week later and I haven't heard anything. I've subscribed to Discovery + instead. I can't believe VM have the cheek to charge new customers for Flex/Stream when issues like this persist.

I had a missed call on Sunday from VM on this but no call back number or instructions on how to fix.
