We don't do package changes here on the forums, however if you could please call 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone the team can help.

Did you get sorted with getting a second TV added to your Virgin media system ?
It's better to start your own thread and providing the type of box you have (TiVo, V6, 360, Stream).
