It would better if you could post the contents of the email (with your name, address and account details blanked out) to enable a better response/explanation depending upon the email wording (including any possible additional information relating to the offer in the small print aka The Legal Stuff)
I've seen a couple of recent posts where customers have had their recordable 360 boxes replaced by the non recordable stream boxes. I think the Stream box would be a straight swap for one of your current boxes (I hope I'm wrong as I also have two 360 boxes and would like a Stream box adding to mine and not replacing one of them)
Normally additional boxes come with an extra charge. The first additional box is usually an extra £10 per month (although it has been included for free in the older VIP/Mega Volt bundles) and then an extra £5 a month each for any subsequent additional boxes.
