Really bad lag past 2 weeks
Hi all.
past few weeks I’ve had a really bad connection…to the point it is unplayable. I’ve had issues before with power levels and this feels similar if not worse. I’ll post my router network stats below.

since late last night my connection has vastly improved.
id like to thank Virgin staff for the lack of response and help.there was a signal issue with my line after running a test.

We understand this is frustrating and we are sorry for any trouble caused, the community is not also an instant response sorry.
I've taken a look at our side and it looks like this outage has now ended, how has the connection been sicne Saturday?

Could you please share the router logs again? The latency is fine on the BQM, but there’s a lot of packet loss.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had some connection issues.
Your BQM is looking alright at the moment, are you still experiencing issues? Have you tried a pin- hole rest of the hub?

I’m not sure to be honest. I’ve got a few UK friends who report the same issue so maybe it’s the game. It just feels like it was a few weeks ago when I had a fault in the area. I’m going to try install another game and report back later. Can you have a look at my router stats please.
Ive reset router via pinhole. Factory reset my PlayStation too.
Still an issue. I’ve not been in the home for the past 2 days. Nothing connected to the internet and graph isn’t perfect. Tried playing tonight…run a test on the router and indicates a signal issue the area. Games been unplayable or for 4 out of 6 weeks now.

can someone with experience please let me know if this graph looks ok. I use my internet normally 3pm to 8pm weekdays. Online gaming has been hit or miss recently. Seems much better after midnight (when I play that late on a weekend)
Router stats are meant to be ok so I’m thinking an engineer visits wouldn’t be able to sort this out. Am I wasting my time and money with virgin?
Worthing noting that on quite a few occasions now. When doing checks on the app to check my connection it says I have a signal issue and to come back after 24 hours. It then sorts itself after a few hours. This has happened about 4 times this past 2 months
