Ps5 won't connect

I downloaded the virgin media connect app yesterday and now my sons ps5 won't connect to the Internet. All other devices at home connect no problem.

The only way it will work is by using an ethernet cable, which is not a long term fix as this means he has to play on it in the living room 🫣

The playstation is not listed in the connect app to be able yo even pause the connection...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! 🙌

    The VM Connect app has changed the settings of your Wi-Fi. 

    I'd suggest uninstall the Connect app from all devices in your home
    and forget it ever existed.

    Connect to the VM Hub menu at http://192.168.0.1/
    and set the VM Hub back to the configuration that was working.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Apologies for the connection issue on the PS5. Can the console see the WiFi name and not connect or it doesn't come up at all as a connection?
