PS5 Remote Play not able to open the required ports

I am trying to set up remote play and have enabled port forwarding.  My hub 4 is in modem mode, and I am using a Google mesh to configure port forwarding.   I am unable to ping my IP address or acce...

VM are not blocking, this is for you to resolve.|

Lack of WAN Ping response is typically ...

1) Not using the correct Public IP
2) The Google Mesh firewall is not configured to respond to WAN pings.

If you perform an nslookup <Public IP>  
the response should look like a VM customer account
e.g.   cpc12345-city1-2-3-cust123.4-5.cable.virginm.net
