Power levels on Hub5

Hi guys, had an engineer visit last week and only really got a chance to test it all properly. To cut a long story short I was having intermittent issues with connection, ping, jitter etc so engineer instantly said that the signal was too high for the line. So started testing under load, and it’s probably worse than it ever was but a bit late in the week now for VM to resolve. Looking through some threads on here and couldn’t really find a “what should my power levels be” thread.
