Possible Faulty Hub 5 and gaming rant

I have been having a strange issue with my Hub 5, my Internet completely shuts off and when I get to the Hub I see the lights on it have gone off, I flick the power button to off then on and it reboots itself and will be OK for a day or so.

I have a really terrible time with gaming where it feels like I have terrible input lag to my controller it's really hard to describe it, my connection is wired via a new Cat6 ethernet to my Xbox, I'm on the Hybrid Fibre connection with the little white Rfog box handling the fibre converting to Coax

It frustrating when I can play via hot-spot to my phone and it's far more responsive that a wired connection to a router that I pay a lot of money for every month it's more disheartening than anything, I honestly thought once I had fibre coming into my home my gaming lag troubles would be no more.

I have screen shots of my power levels to the hub 5 which I will attach below if someone could kindly take a look at them as I don't really know what I'm looking for.

Setup a BQM as well. http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping and post the shared live graph.  Post the most recent Hub power levels and network log.

Do any other devices on the same ring main exhibit any power fluctuations? What light is showing on the Hub and ONU when it freezes?

For instance the other night my xbox (wired to the hub) lost connection to xbox live whilst I was watching a film.

I then realised my phone wasn't connected to the WiFi. The hub still had a white light like I had Internet connectivity, I waited for around 2 minutes to see if it was just a blip and the router then let out a quiet whine which got louder, it lasted around 10 seconds then the router turned off.

At that point I unplugged it for 10 minutes. It did come back up but the amount of times I have gotten in from work to find the router switched off is becoming a joke, I notice when i see my ring door bell isn't connected to the Internet so I know even when at work my Internet is down.

I'm no tech genius but I know for a fact that the Hub 5 I have is not working as it should be.

What is being recorded in the Log tab of the Hub 5 at the time of the issue ?

If possible, refresh the Log tab to ensure recent events can be seen.

        Hi StarvingHagler,

Thanks for posting, and sorry to hear you've been having some connection issues.

We've had a look at things from our side and can't see any issues.

Has there been any change since you last posted?

Try gaming with the hub in modem mode with just your Xbox no router needed to test.

Seems odd you would have a upstream problem if your the only one on the upstream going from fibre to Coax?

Check the PSU for the Hub 5 is fully plugged in at the wall socket and the back of the Hub 5.
