Faulty TV Box
Hello,
We've been having an issue with our Virgin TV box in that the box is no longer responding to the remote.
We've tried the online trouble shooting regarding the remote and also replacing the remote, all to no avail. Suspect it maybe the box that's faulty as the red light on the box is no longer responsive.
How do I go about requesting a replacement TV box?
