Faulty TV Box

Hello,

We've been having an issue with our Virgin TV box in that the box is no longer responding to the remote.

We've tried the online trouble shooting regarding the remote and also replacing the remote, all to no avail. Suspect it maybe the box that's faulty as the red light on the box is no longer responsive.

How do I go about requesting a replacement TV box?

    Okay, let's try resetting the remote itself to see if this works. Please follow the steps here to reset and re-pair the remote.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV box at the moment. 

    Does the light on the control light up, when you press any of the buttons? Are you able to control the TV itself with the remote control?

      Hi Steven,

      The light on the control lights up when a button is pressed. 

      We cannot control the TV at all with the remote. We have to change channels etc via the buttons on the box itself at present.
