Online gaming is impossible - 2 years now.

I’ve been with Virgin Media for two years, and it seemed like this would be the end of my experience with them. I’ve called and complained about the latency and packet loss on my internet four or five times, but they’ve never fixed it. They’ve given me new routers, conducted investigations, and checked the line. I’ve connected my computer via an Ethernet cable, yet I still consistently experience terrible, unplayable latency on the Virgin Media connection. Here is my BM to show that I’m not exaggerating.

    Same issues as me this. However I've not had a response from virgin in my thread.

    I've had several hubs and checks and been told all is fine. Last engineer that came is telling me the underground cable is faulty so I am due that being replaced friday.  Trying to stream the football now and it's cutting out every minute for 20 seconds then coming back on so fingers crossed it's the cable.
