Need Help With BF6 Connection Issues

Hello ppl, I really need help here im at my wits end.

As any gamers will know Battlefield 6 launched last friday. A lot of ppl me included from all over the world have been unable to play at all, we keep getting disconected after 5mins of playing and the producer of the game EA is not being helpful at all in resolving it. A bunch of us suffering the problem have been putting our heads together and we now think its our isps causing the disconection issue. We now have the various servers the game uses and when we do ping tests to the servers, after a few replies it just continues to time out. Could any tech ppl or even vm staff assist me with this as I really dont have anywhere else to turn to anymore. Im still not 100% that vm is the problem here but 500,000 ppl are playing fine and its only a few thousand of us that are having this repeated issue. Any help to fix this will be so much appreciated.

    Might also be worth adding my router light is solid yellow but its been like that for months so i dont see why that would be causing this, i only have issue with this one game and its the only thing stopping me from playing.

      If you still have a hub 3 and the power light is solid yellow then it means everything is OK

      You can also run a test on your equipment from that page.

      You haven't indicated which device you are trying to run the game on, but some users have found the disconnection issues are caused by Windows firewall

        Ye my apologies i should have been more descriptive. Im on pc, steam specifically. Believe me iv tried the firewall, me and the community on the forums have been through everything from plausible to stupid. Even firewall off with av off and all windows built in security off on a wired connection makes no difference. We think we have narrowed down the problem to loosing connection with EA'S authentication server. Weather thats on us or our isp or ea we dont know. But the problem is growing, every few hours more players chime in saying they were all fine till a few moment ago and now they have the error and cant play so its spreading whatever the issue is. Some ppl got around it using cloudflare warp, others used a vpn. Neither of these worked for me regardless. Neither did changing my dns. It seems its nothing to do with our pcs and all on either our isp's or ea.
