I have been hit with this twice in the past 7-10 days. Previous time it asked me to factory reset my router which made no difference.

Thanks for your post and for including all of your screenshots, that's really helpful.
Whilst your BQM graph looks very stable, it looks like your upstream power levels are out of the normal parameters, which will explain why the issue is most visible when gaming online.
There's no known outages that are causing this, so we'll need to book in an engineer visit for you.
