Gaming buffering

Can anyone help me solve the problem with buffering and lagging when I'm streaming games through the xbox cloud streaming app on my Samsung tv through virgin essentials broadband

    Which version of VM Essentials broadband do you have? 

    There are two tiers, neither of which  is really suitable for streaming games, although the Essential Broadband Plus is more functional. 

    Essential Broadband is priced at £12.50 a month

    Essential Broadband Plus is priced at £20 a month
