Connection issues only on Runescape

Im having no problems except with disconnecting from Jagex servers. Could this be an Isp issue. Works find on mobile data but not on wifi or Ethernet. 
Tried restarting and resetting wifi and hasn’t worked.

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with connecting on Runescape. If the usual connection is fine and the issues only appear when connecting to this server then it's likely an issue with the server itself. 

    I've checked the hub and area including power and signal levels and they are all optimal. The uptime on the hub and everything else also looks good and there are no issues in the area. This points to the server being the issue. 

    If you continue to have other issues, not related to when connecting to Runescape, please pop back and let us know.
