Bufferbloat Making Computer Games Unplayable.

Hello,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service provided by your company concerning my internet connection. I have been a loyal customer for some time now, and during my weekends off, I particularly enjoy playing online games with my friends on my computer. However, this has become impossible due to the internet service you offer. While the connection speed is somewhat acceptable, the BUFFERBLOAT issue present on the network renders gaming unfeasible.

I conducted a test on https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat and received a disappointing Class C rating, which you can view here: https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat?test-id=6bd94dc5-53d4-483e-9088-6ea6bb4fff58. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
