Re: Upgrade Hub

New computer 3 year ago, unfortunately too new for VM outdated tech. Been with VM over 20 years, tech never updated and customer service do not exist. Anybody not believe me, try get in touch. Whats app bot is a clockwork clown.

    Updated routers, better prices ! Been with VM 20 years , old equipment,  slow speeds, outdated tech, TV Go never been useful, time to leave. Customer service useless and not interested.

      Honestly the customer service we have been getting from Virgin over the past 7 weeks is beyond disgusting.  All they have done is lie and fob us off with one story after another and promises of doing work on a date that never happens.  Im about ready to pull my hair out.

        Been on to customer service again, still no upgrade of hub to hub5 or hub 5x. Customer no-service says none available ? Still showing available to new customers in online advertising? At least keeping up with poor service to loyal customers !

    Better deals and better updated equipment. Been loyal customer over 20 years to VM. Customer service is non-existent. Been stuck with outdated router and tech for over 3 years, switching now best option, although do not think VM will wake up until they have lost all customers !

      Access Wi-Fi 6 or 7. Use 5gbs speeds. Router with two 10gbs ethernet ports, one WAN one LAN. Main problem contact a customer service that gives a S**t about its customers. You have been around a while , suffering ?
