With spikes every second or to up to 38ms
Same to Amsterdam, mostly 18-20ms with spikes to 28-35ms
I'm on ethernet on a good PC. Does the hub need optimising?

This is using a website. It's the same in game too and same if I use exitlag.

I did read about those sfp modules which is against VM's ToS I guess
You could switch to giffgaff broadband on the same Nexfibre backbone.
It could be another case of VM running automated remote speed tests on the hub 5X.
