why has my virgin email screen reduced in size - it now shows double the posts and is half the size
Suddenly my email screen has very small font size - the number of emails has doubled and the size of font has been reduces accordingly

Try pressing Ctrl + 0 (that is the digit zero) to restore page's default zoom level.
