why are you messing up my email??

why do you think its acceptable to mess up our email access? the mere fact that i had create a gmail account to use to access my virgin email is a joke. now i cant even access it at all, even when using the gmail address, just gets to the virgin/02 page after entering email address,  saying just a moment and does nothing else.

total nonsense, if it works dont bloody change it!!!!

now i have to waste god knows how long onto support, changing passwords AGAIN......

    VM02 own the email, and they can change it whenever they wish. They could even close it down if they choose, and they certainly will if you move your broadband. 

    You have a Gmail account. Use that instead.

      I admire the fact that you took time from your obviously sad life to reply, totally useless as it was. Something more helpful would be appreciated though.

      yes Martin it is.

      i have a reference number from support who advised i would be contacted within 5 working days, yet here we are no further forward.....

        How did you manage to get hold of support? I'm just going round in circles on their "help" pages trying to find some way to contact them.. It seems I have now lost access to my VM emails via outlook, which I've used for probably the last 20 years.. and now all these changes to passwords and ID's have really buggered me up.. where is the link to just go and change my password for my email?.. NO, I don't want to log into VM02.. just email ..

      Are you saying you didn't beta test this new stupid system. I too have had to open a g.mail account. I have two email addresses and have had to go round and round to open them. Why did you just not link O2 to our old email logins in a background programme. 
      I hade to sign in password not accepted. Open a g.mail account. Two tier verification. Login using Google account. Send a code. Verify by gmail click verify.......wt hell. (censored)
      All this switching from phone to computer, back to phone nonsense. Then have to do it all again when I log in again.
      I just want to enter my email and password like before (in a few seconds) and look at my emails. Is that to much to ask in this world of super fast, high technology speed. 
      Sort out this mess you've made.
      Think about this. I use a tesco mobile. sub inked to an O2 signal. I have virgin media broadband with an ntlworld address, provided by Virgin media, now linked to an O2 mailbox, linked to a goole email server. All wanting verification of some sort it's beyond a joke.
