Same for me, but only when sending to a gmail recipient. There is another thread on here for it but without any answers unfortunately despite VM asking for evidence which has been given.

Are your emails that are being sent to spam, Gmail addresses, or a mix of different email clients?

I’m getting the same problem that many others are reporting. Sending to gmail addresses.
anything I send from my blueyonder address to various friends at gmail ~ gmail puts all my mails into spam.
it’s clearly an issue gmail has with blueyonder addresses ….
no such problems if I email an outlook address etc!
please please could admin do something about resolving this?
it doesn’t make any difference if I email from my phone (which I normally do) or via laptop. Or how etc.

The same thing has started happening to me. Gmail addresses of friends that I have communicated with for years are now sending my blueyonder emails to spam. Happening with new contacts as well. It's become much worse over the past week. Any fixes greatly appreciated. I'm wondering if Virgin actually care about this issue at all.

Sorry to hear you're also having the same issue with emails being directed to Gmail's spam folder.
We've just raised this now with our Forum Moderators to see if we have any more information.

Any update on this? Still the same issue for me and it is a real pain as I have several group emails that I have used for years but now the Gmail accounts kick my emails into their spam folder and vice versa. This needs sorted!

Same issue for me. Basic emails, text only, no links, no attachments, sent from my blueyonder account to any gmail.com account and it goes to their spam folder. This is of recent origin as most of my examples with this relate to long established gmail.com contacts.

This has now been going on for 10 days, straight forward email going from any blueyonder email address to all gmail recipients automatically go into gmail spam folder unless recipient knows to apply a filter to never send to spam for that blueyonder email address. It really isn't good enough VM not sorting this out with gmail.

Same issue here! Makes the email account almost useless as almost every email has to be followed up with a phone call to ask people to check their spam.
Very disappointing that there's no reply - let alone resolution - from virgin media 10 days later!!- Matthew_MLForum Team

This has been going on for 2 weeks now - all blueyonder emails sent to gmail recipients go into gmail spam. There are 2 threads on here and 1 on gmail forum. A couple of replies from Forum team here but nothing actually happens to put this right. Maybe Matthew_ML will actually do something for us please.

This is still happening. There seems no understanding from VM. They forced me to change my log in email, which means I now have to enter my Gmail address at log in to access my Blueyonder - very confusing. I had to change my password, very annoying, and none of it has had any effect at all. Like other users I have had this email for so long it is linked to my life. If it wasn't for this I would have left VM by now. As it is, I'd accepted paying them for years to come, but if I can't rely on the email it seems pointless and I need to start the tedious task of linking everything to a new address. Please VM can this be sorted out between you and Gmail?

Hi, I'm getting the same problem with messages to Gmail accounts but also to other email accounts as well. It's been happening for a couple of weeks now.

Same here. All gmail accounts are having my blueyonder sent to spam. Virgin doesn't care about the email service anymore and it was probably the only reason I've kept a contract. Maybe it's time to change it and not bother negotiating my next contract, especially now brsk offer the same speeds for less....
