Having set up your VM02ID you should be able to change your password by following these steps:
- Sign into your My Virgin Media Account (not your VM webmail account) using the VM02ID you have created
- Go to "Account settings"
- Then go to "Identity and Security settings"
- On that ID settings page open the "Security settings" sub heading
- Then you should see "Password" listed under "Authentication Methods" so open that Password section
- Then follow the instructions from there.
