Where can I change my ntlworld email password?

I wanted to change my ntlworld  email password for security but can't see where to do it on the myvirginmedia site or app.  I've gome through the process for setting up the VM02 ID.

    Having set up your VM02ID you should be able to change your password by following these steps:

    • Sign into your My Virgin Media Account (not your VM webmail account) using the VM02ID you have created
    • Go to "Account settings"
    • Then go to "Identity and Security settings" 
    • On that ID settings page open the "Security settings" sub heading
    • Then you should see "Password" listed under "Authentication Methods" so open that Password section
    • Then follow the instructions from there.
