I couldn't log in yesterday, but that wasn't unexpected as I have only been able to access my emails once a day for a while.
This morning the log in page is entirely different and I have to set everything up again. The problem is that the verifications aren't coming through.
Some prior notification would have been useful. I'm at a loss what to do without the text or email verifications.

Yep, Same here. Have been trying for at least an hour now I did get as far as the txt part, got a txt but when inputting the code it shows page 'time out' and now shoing as email not recognised.
Same problem. Format has changed. Can't log onto Virgin Media a/c or email. First time got to the txt part but now can't get that far and Error flashes up
After a lot of trouble with Virgin emails my wife and I have given up and are in the process of changing all our contacts to Gmail.So much easier to use and up to now a lot more reliable.

Jpeg1 - this current issue is wider than just email. It is affecting all VM account login processes so switching to a different email service provider will not resolve it.
Tried logging in again now getting a message "our systems are down for maintenance.Try again after 7am" WHAT!!
Yes...about that....I was trying to login to my O2 which brings up virginmediao2 login I put in my virginmediao2 Email that I used before at virgin media (interestingly it didn't ask for a password but to make a new one) then it wanted to sent a Email to Verify your email address then it wanted my phone number to send a txt code didn't get a txt resend still nothing then systems are down for maintenance.

I also have the same issue can't access my VM account or my ntlworld.com email account same issues as everyone else let's hope the moderator can update us.
Also have the same problem. Managed to speak to an agent who confirmed it was a system issue and suggested try again in 24 or 48 hours. Guess we all need to be patient.
The trouble is that I am losing patience with it. I have found the Virgin emails to be better than the free alternatives.

Finally contacted VM via o2 who say there are issues that should be resolved by 0700 Tuesday (15th July)
Spoke to customer service this morning 8am and later at approx 3pm told me issue should be resolved in 24 to 48 hours 'I live in hope'
Well that definitely didn't happen. I'd give it another 24 hrs. Mail still works on my phone, last time I just used that and didn't bother changing passwords etc. Wait long enough and everything tends to start working again in my experience.
I have managed to set up the email account that I use for my junk mail.
