What's going on can't access email

Tried to log into email via web which I don't usually do, get faced with change password, add back up email add passkey.

SHAMBLES , even though I get email to verify and text passkeys I'm in a loop of page has expired and have to start again.

NOW I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT EMAIL ADDRESS OR PASSWORD I have to use complete mess VM02

How do we sort this ?

    Yes, the new VMO2ID was made mandatory for all users.  It's to assist with ease of logging into either VM or O2.  However, for some users, it has been not too successful.

    Maybe try an Incognito or InPrivate browser window?

    We are working externally and within the Community to find troubleshooting steps which help customers through this process.

    There are some helpful tips here that may be able to assist with your query. 

    Are you able to try the steps here, where we've seen customers using this workaround have been able to link their Virgin Media O2 ID?

    If not, then can you try on a Private/Incognito page to see if this helps at all?
