VM/02 are a waste of space
Honestly they've been getting worse and worse, neither of my daughters have been able to access their emails for a long time only they didn't bother telling me because they thought i'd deleted them.
Eldest daughters is an NTLworld address and the younger daughters is a Virginmedia address, i only found out this week that they haven't been able to access them since they were at UNI together whch they both finished last year.
No problem thinks i, i'll just log onto my account on the laptop and set newpasswords etc.... only i can't do that anymore, but, as i noted their new passwords while changing them last time i find the ote and try logging in on both accounts but nope, can't do that they are both wrong i get either email or password is wrong and can i find a way to get in to sort them problem, don't be stupid this is Virginmedia/02, they don't care they just want your money!
Can anybody tell me how the hell i find the email addresses i have on my account, the account I pay for, the account i set up the email addresses on, the account that VM/02 are determined to make me close and move to another provider because they just don't give a damn and ringing the helplines are a waste of time when you can't understand a word the heavily accented "customer services" people are saying.
