VM email - no access
I have had Virgin email for > 15 years without being a broadband customer. When this was highlighted as a problem a few years back, I tried to sign up to Virgin broadband, but it isn't available in my area.
My virgin account is now closed, so I can no longer log-in to webmail but my emails are still accessible through an Outlook app. However, I'm not sure how long for.
Whilst I have this window of opportunity, am I able to preserve my virgin email by becoming a Virgin customer in another capacity other than Broadband and retain my email address?
